sounds like a afro american keyboard player is sing the lead, not Paul. Totally weird but the Beatles were open to anything!

this version was on the Beatles Black Album. Released on flying pig records (I think, I sold this record years ago), It was a three record set with packaging quality that was very deluxe, equaling the original. It was black with an embossed "Beatles" on the front and serial number. Inside was a facsimile Poster (which I kept) of different but similar photo montage, also high quality. On the discs was Twickingham session material. Unfortunately the audio sucked.....but there was tons of dialouge.

I really really hate the silhouette pic of Abbey Road with The Beatles listening to iPods. Kind of makes me want to vomit. Whoever made this should be shamed of themselves... it's dangerously close to sacrilege.

these guys could record farts, make a fortune and make it sound good. They, in music, do no wrong. - DJ

Wow This sounds so different too the version used in Abbey Road

Orig Paul who is the guy who overdubbed at 1:37 (I almost cried Darlin) Sounds like an overdub, by a non Beatle fan who put this on a digital multi track format and dubbed himself in. The rest is real Beatles. It is not a Beatle voice at 1:37, and from 2:05 to 2:08 and at the end 2:32 to 2:38. There he misses the pitch and slides up to it. Sounds to bad to be Paul, John George or Ringo. Even though Paul is singing casually he is right on pitch. The dubber's voice is fuller, deeper.
