Ever wake up with your neck in rigor? Or the gastroc keeps attempting to go fetal position? Everyone has heard "you need to eat some bananas" or "my track coach made me drink pickle juice." How could all this make sense? This video attempts to explain how. I am not saying it is correct, I have searched and searched and this is the best I can come up with. Its good enough that, the next time you wake up with a back in muscle seizure, you might want to eat some banana yogurt, wash it down with pickle juice all while while holding your breath.

  • wow, take this as a compliment but ur voice really puts me to sleep. i cant pay attention what ur saying but i feel really drowsy. ill have to fav this video next time before i sleep. really, after like 3-4 secs of listening, it feels like ur jsut whispering in my ear.
