Oh the irony, the PM harping on about how great technology is, yet since this was posted they have done NOTHING to improve the internet in ths country. What they have done is propose to waste hundreds of millons of dollars on mandatory ISP level internet censorship. Which will be ineffective as you'll be able to bypass it with a proxy anyway, so anyone after banned material will still get it. What it will do is leave the door open to political censorship, which will keep ideas from less techy.
