@XlightninX Millions of people still watch musicals, how else would they afford to keep going, they cost enough to produce! Your just ignorant and are probably into rap and shit like that. Seeing the magic of a live performance can be beaten by nothing, in LOTR for example, when Bilbo VANISHES from the stage without a trace, he just dissappears, no trapdoors, no light effects - thats magic.

@XlightninX You'd be very surprised at the amount of people who still love musicals. Pardon my tact, but I'm not sure if you know what you're talking about.

Musicals both in London and in New York still draw enormous crowds to the theaters.

If you think all musicals are cheesy, which yes, some are, then I'm afraid that you haven't seen many great shows.
