Y'know, I hate almost all cheese, except for the following:
Ricotta — Doesn't qualify as a true cheese to me, as it's practically cream. Especially good mixed with vanilla cream in cannolis. It's the stuff cheesecakes are made of, too.
Pepper Jack — I love it for the spiciness. I wouldn't eat plain Monterey Jack, however.
American — Not by itself, but in things where the cheesy flavor is masked by everything else. Cheeseburgers, steakburgers, and egg and cheese sandwiches.
I hate the rest...

Cheese is my favorite thing ever. Whether it's on pizza, shrimp alfredo pasta, lasagna, or a turkey sandwich, it's just awesome. So I'm going to each cheese all day long in protest of Raocow. :)
