  • amongst david soul's great songs this is one of my favourites!it really takes me back into those golden times when i used to listen to david soul's songs on the radio and watch him on tv in the tv cult cop series 'starsky and hutch'.truly it takes you into a nostalgic era down memory lane...

  • He really did have a very good, melodious voice. What a star at the time. Those heady days where as "Hutch" he was launched to fame. Still love him.

  • @Strawberry7Lynn He played Makora in the original series episode "The Apple" but i don't think you can find it on youtube. i'm not sure, but he might have been in the credits under his actual name, David Richard Solberg.

  • Has anyone came across David's appearance in Star Trek? If anyone knows about it being uploaded onto this site, please let me know.

He also appeared it a film called 'Johnny Got His Gun' in 1971

  • this sounds like the .... power of love

  • Huge idol of the seventies.

  • IF ONLY there were 3!!LOL~~~A couple more for us fans to drool over!!!:):)

Thanks for posting ,this has to be my favourite of Davids` uk hits...along with the lesser played ballads on his first self titled album....Heaven:)..*sigh* ,those really were the days!!

  • sewage canoeist!

  • Auf einer Sammel-CD vor vielen Jahren diese Stimme - unvergessen. Und jetzt endlich das Video dazu. Ein glücklicher Tag!

  • What of my favourite tracks from the seventies...

  • Clint Eastwood movie "Magnum force" vigilante assasin police patrol !!!

  • He moved the to the UK some time ago and does quite a bit of TV. Seems to have a nice personality. He was my "leading man" of the seventies and at the time I was trapped in a loveless marriage so he was my fantasy. Feel he lost his looks a bit in his fifties whereas Paul Michael has retained his better but I loved Starksky and Hutch - the originaly buddy series.
