  • Nice sound! It' seems a serial-microtonal mixture made by little note-clasters. What tuning have you adopted? it's play very nice!

  • @Suite164

It's quarter tones, and not exactly serial, but sequential at times. This has been awhile, the tuning I used is somewhere in the older comments.

  • With shades of Ralph Towner.

  • @nobodady1

    I love Ralph Towner.

  • well done man. i can't really listen to derek bailey at all. your improv has much more rhythmic integrity, and a lot of great sounding motifs. still not my cup of tea (i prefer bop, hardbop, some fusion, zappa, ween, some prog rock, and phish, and i play mostly jazz on guitar and drums), but i like what youre doing. Maybe try keeping it a little slower sometimes, and not always just speeding up with the riff youre playing.

i like your sound dude, keep it up!
