@connieusa27 lol here in new york they almost do. lol No your right tho im a smoker myself, i started when i was 14 then quit till my aunt died when i was 16 and been smoking the past 3 years since that day.... It has takin a toll alredy and not just on my lungs. I not only cant breath at times i spend my only extra cash on them... Keep in mind all that yet i only smoke 5 to 10 cigs a day...... it sucks im kinda scared were ill be at 30...if i make it.
