Er zijn trapjes om opstappen te maken naar funderingen. Die kun je daarvoor gebruiken.
Hiermee kun je ook een gewone trap voor in je huis maken. Plaats eerst een vloer tegen op de boven verdieping en vanaf daar zo'n trap naar beneden. Succes ermee!

How did you rotate the chair on 2:25? Did you use any mod?

I used the cheat "boolProp allow45DegreeAngleOfRotation [true/false]" which you can use with the expansionpack University and above. =)
