why dont you use JD480 harvester head?

Well it is because I don't have one and this is not a year around activity. Most of the logging is selective.
480 is a good head though.

The production is fairly high as far as stem count goes. Better than excavator with head.
I don't know if you believe 12-13 liters per hour?
Slash in a nice windrow for chipping or burning directly.
You can also pile higher than an excavator.
You can also move from block to block really quick.
