Brazilian samba in Europe -

Samba Eu delivers authentic samba as it is played in Rio de Janeiro with a repertoire of all time classics. The great Brazilian swing is ever present in the groups performances leaving no one in the audience untouched by the joy and happiness of the music.

From Pavuna in Rio de Janeiro, now living in Marseille, France. With his unique voice and the virtuosity of his cavaquinho, he is a ambassador of Rio de Janeiro in Provence.

Marquinho da Dona Geralda (percussion and vocals)
From Curicica in Rio de Janeiro where he for many years was Mestre de Bateria. First left Rio de Janeiro to tour with The Oba Oba International Samba Show with whom he spent 5 years. Now located in Copenhagen, Denmark but travelling troughout Europe giving workshops in samba and pagode.

Paulo Vítor (surdo and vocals)
From Curicica in Rio de Janeiro where he at a young age became part of the samba school lead by Marquinho. Now lives in Hamburg in Germany where he runs the local samba school

Living in Copenhagen, Denmark, as much as home in the Brazilian style choro as the samba. Has performed and recorded with notable Brazilian musicians such as Mauricio Carrilho and Carlos Malta.
