  • started something new..you have a new subscriber ...and make some tutorials for us plz ...give a fish to a man and you will feed him for 1 day..teach him how to fish and he will never be hungry again ;)

    peace

  • @sleek1978

Well there are lots of tutorials out there. I´m just not good at doing them that´s because there are no tut´s. You are probably right that it is better to teach ppl. to do stuff then to deliver stuff. Maybe in the future I will do Tutorials. But right now I will stay with some free models every once in a while.

    That worked! Thanks, looks awesome

Maybe you have to adjust the overall scale of the import. Sometimes imported objects are so small you don´t even see them.

You also can try to scale the object up by grouping all objects and selecting the group null and typing a big number into the scaling value in the attribute editor.

  • I tried to open the .obj file, but there doesn't seem to be anything there. There are 4 object layers, can_mid, can_top, etc... But nothing shows up. Am I doing something wrong?

  • @jtown781

Unfortunately there is no way I know to down-convert the file to C4D R10.

However in the Package there is an OBJ-File. So at leased you can import the geometry to R10.

  • Nice! Would it be possible to save as C4D 10, I am behind the times. Thanks

  • sehr nett sehr nett :)

  • I'm thirsty :/

  • wow thanx

  • I have updated the ZIP archive with an OBJ of the Can. So everyone should be able to use the model now.

    Cheers Silverwing
