I think people look into it too much. If a guy wants to call himself superman, cause that's how he looks at himself, so be it. The original 50 cent is dead, and all that is left is his mythical name that his acts left behind. Everyone knows he's not the real 50 cent, like if he called himself superman. He called himself 50 cent cause he looks at himself that way, if you don't like, don't buy his records, but it's not disrespectful, he used the name out of idolization and admiration.
