Cable Rope Crunch- Kneel facing away from the weight stack with a rope handle attached to the upper-pulley cable. Hold the ends of the rope near your collarbones and lean slightly forward. Crunch down, aiming your elbows toward your knees to curl your torso toward the floor. Squeeze your abs briefly, then slowly return to the start position.
