@xtradranzer34 It's a mashup of "Thomas the Tank Engine" a children's show, and "Uncle Tom" a term that refers to black people who act like the train does here. Originally, the title character from "Uncle Tom's Cabin", a novel, was a slave who died to protect other slaves. But the story was rewritten for movies and plays, and the character was changed to a sappy, loyal slave who served his masters eagerly. Now Uncle Tom usually means a black man who "sells out" to white people.
