Nicely done again mate. Nice speed up and down - thanks for posting this.
Just one thing, I have always been told to make sure you don't go below 90 degrees with the shoulder press - ie keep you lower from going below horizontal to prevent injury. Interested to hear your thoughts on this?

Cheers rbresca, I never really thought about going to 90 degrees, I've always used a full ROM with most exercises, but you are right in your query, especially if using heavy weight, the elbow and shoulder joint may be excessively stressed. I'll do some research myself, cheers

Thanks LordNerevarIndoril for the positive feedback, my shed is out the back and has no electricity. I run an extension cord from the house down to the shed - I have a portable lamp I use when I train at night. It is actually brighter than what the video shows, cheers
