I have suffered from anxiety and panic attacks for a very long time (also genetic). I have been to multiple doctors and therapist. THIS MEDICAL CONDITION WILL NOT KILL YOU, it is a very scary feeling but you will get better and it will pass. Yoga is a great way to treat yourself, take a few mins out of your day to try to completely relax your body and mind. Ice always helps me I have no clue why but it does..

@mrsbilleyjoe Yes, All of them. They've gone away for the most part, cept my actual anxiety. Memory comes and goes from my meds, I doubt you have a brain tumor unless you get a CT scan to rule it out.

@migue2255 Dizziness is generally from the over-breathing we do. Just breath into a bag, check my "de-hyperventiallation" video.

i had my 1st panic major attack in feb 2011. that lasted on and off untill about august then it vanished on its own only to return and give me my 2nd panic attack late last week. it makes me feel like im going mad like im gonna do mad things that under normal circumstances i would never even dream of thinking about. i cannot stop in the house when i have it either im allways far 2 concerned that i might go mad and do something stupid to sit around and function like a normal person.
If you dont mind me asking, how did your illnesses come about? Is it genetic (runs in the family)? Is it drug related? Im just curious. Thanks :)
