  • Awesome I am going to try that. Something feels good to me about the whole idea of hiking with your weight then working out.

    But just one question you never seem to sweat much, I think I would be a sopping mess after a 3 mile weighted hike and a 30 min workout. But then again I am a sweaty bastard! Keep up the vids they are some of the best on the net.
