My client Carole deadlifts 135lb x 4 reps - 10lbs over her bodyweight! At 68 years old. A few months ago she saw this weight in the gym and decided she wanted to be able to lift it with good form.
This was her first attempt ever, and recently made a rep PR of 11 reps!
wow at 68 doing that would be very hard even for a male that age!
