First version of a native wiimote driver for X. Works as a system cursor but can also export all axes to an application if needed. (IR not yet implemented for lack of a sensor bar).

  • @060692qwerty you could register it as a normal game control on PC and if it does not work in game you could use Pinnical Game Profiler.

  • I think a real sensor bar would be more standard than candles

I have no clue how the wii works, so take this for what you will

  • You don't need much for the "sensor bar" - even 2 candles will work. Just in case you don't know, although I imagine you do, the sensor bar is just a few IR lights, it's not a sensor at all.

  • wouldn't it be better to use the wiimote's ir camera to control the mouse instead of the tilt sensors?

this would be great for games if you have a program track the wiimotes tilt and translate it into a joystick axis signal.

  • Cool! Looks good, but looks also a little slow.
