An early interest in wild edible plants and a chef for a brother-in-law - those were factors that made Tony Gylleneiden leave his job as an economist and return to his childhood dream of nature. Tony now collects herbs in the woods and along the beaches of Söderslätt in southwest Scania. Herbs that give taste and saltiness to the local cuisine of gourmet-restaurants. He also looks for the edible traces of the vikings in Söderslätt´s natural surroundings and gives guided tours to would-be-collectors.
