@ultraslo Your first point depends strongly on your definition of 'theft'. While I can't argue with the second two, and would gladly buy it if I had the funds, I feel I should point out that theft is defines as "...the wrongful taking and carrying away of the personal goods...." Thus, if a person wasn't going to buy it anyway, they are doing no harm by acquiring it for free.

Also, sorry for necroing your response. Felt it needed to be said.
