  • I've lived in hawaii for 25 years. Every time I go to the mainland, I'm always bummed to find that there is NEVER a reggae station! At least in the 12 other states I've been through. These parts of the america are extremely deprived of quality tunes...

No, this song by The Wailers(Marley, Tosh, Livingston) beacuse it was written before Peter and Bunny left the band...

  • Technically this is a "Wailers" song since it was recorded before Tosh and Bunny Wailer left the band. If you can find any of the original issues of Wailers material before the split, they do not single out Marley. Any material using the name "Bob Marley and the Wailers "was released or re=issued after the split.

  • My older sister bought an album by a "new" band back in 73. It was the original issue in the flip open lighter style case titled "the Wailers - Catch a Fire". This was the first Wailers Album produced by Chris Blackwell followed by "Burnin" which was the last one with Peter Tosh and Bunny Wailer as part of the band. Tosh wrote this song and sang lead on it. After "Burnin", Tosh and Bunny Wailer launched their solo careers and the name became Bob Marley and the Wailers.

  • The song is by Bob Marley & The Wailers. Peter Tosh, a member of The Wailers had lead vocals on this song. Its still by Bob Marley & The Wailers. Now stop arguing. You all seem ignorant. Anyways, such a beautiful song:]

  • ok this one is bob marley I had this album years ago in 1992.

  • So much hatred on the Internet. >.< On the liner notes of Catch a Fire, it is indicated that Peter Tosh is the lead vocalist for "Stop That Train" and "400 Years," both of which are his own compositions. Bob Marley can be heard as part of the backing vocals for this recording.

  • @barukatube

    1) what does not distinguishing someones voice from another have to do with being stupid? you sound retarded.

    2) if, by chance, that did deem one "stupid", wtf does that have to do with where they are from. I bet you could find way more Americans that can distinguish between Bob and Pete than you could Pakistanis or Iraqis.

You just sounded arrogant and ignorant, this music can be enjoyed by all who gives a fuck if they are "westerners" or "easterners"

  • It's bob marley who's singin' so ... Don't know why all that buzz 'bout Peter Tosh... The original track is from Peter, but this one is from BOB so su y'all.. Just relax and listen to Robert ;)

  • @barukatube Do you even know who's in the Wailers? Peter Tosh. This song is by Bob Marley and The Wailers, you fucking imbecile.

If a song is by the Beatles but John Lennon is the only one singing is it ONLY by John Lennon and should he take all the credit? Shut the fuck up and educate yourself.
