@yojan1311 you didnt really answer my question - what knowledge is being parted in this clip?
-
@freshbreez101 pls respect the family of Rasulullah saw(ahlul bayt). If you hurting them, it is the same as hurting Rasulullah saw.Hadra or zikr is all about knowledge, the knowledge of knowing who is your God and you will never taste the knowledge of these people if you are just objecting¬ willing 2 learn.Seeing others as BIDAAH and always feel you are the one that is right, that is TAKABBUR .The knowledge can only be feel by ur heart not by logic.Pls go and find a Murshid for urself...

@Scantloktme I am the descendant of Prophet Aadam alayhi wa sallam and so whats your point? What did Allah subhan wa ta'la say to Nuh alayhi wa sallam when he was distraught at one of his son perishing in the floods......if you don't know, go and find out. Respect is given to those with knowledge and wisdom - I dont see what knowledge is being parted here.

@freshbreez101 Shaykh Hazim Abu Ghazeleh is a descendant of the Prophet SAW, and has a tremendous amount of knowledge in deen.. have some respect..

@darkmoeed wisely said my friend.. all these people are doing is praising and REMEMBERING ALLAH and his prophet SAW..

Thank you for your reply. My point is that if this is a legislated act of worship and is optional and is open to interpretation - would it be fair to say that I can now practice something similar, like say the way the evangelical church goers do...break in to hysteria. what are the boundaries if any and who is the regulator of what is acceptable and what isnt.

Did the Prophet Salallahu alaihi wasallam practice zikr of Allah??? what sort of question is that???
-
Ignorance is only ignorance until youstop searching for answers, so no forgiveness necessary. i will try and answer as best as i can. this worship comes under the nafl, or optional, catergory of worship. therefore this type has not been restricted in what you do to remember Allah. we do a zikr in auckland, different to the shadili tariqa, and it gives a peace that is unbelievable. due to this peace, our minds are more focused when we perform our obligatory worship.

"judge", can you quote the arabic word for "every"? what these brothers are doing, if you dont understand, is something called zikr. and no doubt you have heard the term zikr many times in the Holy Quran. did Allah or His Beloved Habib (sallalahu alaihi wassallam) restrict the way in which zikr can be done? do not 'judge' others on your own narrow mindset.
People like u dont understand what the Sufis say and what do they really mean by there words and thus come to conclusions which look like Kufr and Shirk Only . How can those understand Sufism when they could not understand Quran and Hadeet Correctly and all what u see is Bida and Shirk these are the two words in your Version of Islam come out of Takfirism then u will know or ur Bida is much more worse like Suicide Bombings.

Most of the descendant of our prophet Muhammad SAW practice tasawwuf, for example in the alawiyya & shadhili tariqa. I know this because the largest number of prophet's descendant live in Indonesia, my country. Do you know why? Because islam is not merely rules & reward/punishment.
