Watch the video of this dumbfuck jogger literally running into the side of the truck that 'hit' him. Another truck on the other side of the lane had a dash cam and caught the whole thing. The guy was and remains a dumb fuck sorry if he doesnt wanna hear it.

The city told people not to drive in the area to reduce congestion, and then the cops make fun of a guy for not driving a car to work while he is lying on the ground with severe injuries.
