Every time I try to do this it says 0% of stealing the gold.  Are there any qualifications I have to have prior to stealing? (My pickpocket is 43 and my sneak is 78)

isnt it way easier to make feindal folow you. then train then take his money then train then take his money again and again ( if u ask to trade with him you can take everything he have included hes money )

Do you think there are many unique hidden items (aka Fin Gleam)?...I dont know how people ever found some of that stuff in Oblivion IV

Yeah I am, everything else in their inventory says "90% chance to steal" except for the gold which says "0% chance to steal" :(
