@ChannelTracker is see that you cannot see the big picture. don't you see all of the businesses that are going to china. over time the people of china will realize that they are building a capitalist society for china. the government knows this and one day change to a capitalist country. as for respect, what has china done for the betterment of mankind or aid to countries that need help. the u.s. has lead the way longer than any other country.

Mao wanted to focus on party.., that's correct; to rethink ideological problems, as what did not work in the Soviet model, what stuck the revolutionary process in URSS; how to prevent Petofi Circles (Hungary); how to continue a mass revolution in a peasant and backward country.
