New Tish Cambridge Weight Plan - Week 9 - Nearly 3 stone lost!

Week 9 of the Cambridge weight Plan. almost 3 stone lost now.. Have been Off plan for a little bit with being a little bit ill ( chest infection ) so came off a little bit and back on it again now the illness has cleared. I was also a wee bit upset with another visit to my friend in manchester Hospital, and came off a day or so there too, but I think it would have been a little more weight loss - Actual weigh in on 29th August was 15 stone 2lbs nd BMI of 40. now it is down to 14 stone 12lb's and BMI of 39

@TheGlossyglitz Ive been away lookign after my mum and also ill myself with a bad chest infection - but back to full health again x I;m doing ok.. few blips here and there and eating other food whilst I was ill so body could repair fully, ( and as advised ) but really pleased with the ongoing progress x

Hello, @RoseMaria and @The Glossy Gltiz .. I;m doing ok.. will upload a video this week. been babysitting at my daughter's and getting back in the swing of work committments after some family 'stuff' but!! happy enough with loss! x GOOD LUCK EVERYONE xxx
