Where is the disturbance the Police claim? Where are the frightened people? The cashier is so scared she chats for a couple minutes. Walk right by people at tables, nobody leaps from their chairs running out. People don't even notice.

Guy gets hit in back of head with brick, gun stole , he's killed, bad guy robs and kills other. It's just plain dumb, get a concealed carry permit. Some people that open carry CAN NOT GET A CONCEALED CARRY PERMIT! Ever wonder why? This way the cops see them LOL

@Siguror6 In pretty much any state, if you wouldn't qualify for a CC license, you can't possess a firearm in that state. But CC licenses are not available to everyone in every state. So sometimes the only legal option to carry is Open. As was the case at the time of the video. There were no CC licenses at all, at that time.
