Criminal Cases Review Commission invited to send Ashley Motes case back to Court of Appeal. Convictions Are Unsafe.
The Court of Appeal rejected Ashley Mote MEPs appeal against conviction in 2007, when he was found guilty of some charges and not-guilty of others. All related to the receipt of benefit payments. The House of Lords later refused to hear any arguments about the conduct of the case, or the verdicts.
Yet the jury was obviously confused. Identical charges with identical wordings, apart from different dates, produced guilty and not-guilty verdicts on the same evidence. The best example was contradictory verdicts on two charges that were identical bar one day.

Dear Sir,
I have a lot of respect for you and I am a tax payer.
The legal system in this country is nothing less than SICK!
I like you have integrity.
Our legal system is corrupt and I speak with no convictions for any crime!

I don't understand, if you were entitled to claim benefits, on what grounds did they find the claim fraudulent? I find it odd this isn't explained, and what have German bombs got to do with anything? If that means people who lived through the 2nd world war are all averse to claiming benefits, I don't believe it, in fact, I know it not to be true in the instances I can think of. I smell a rat!

The Law is not only an ASS, it is now corrupt and not to be trusted. It is a tool of the ELITE to silence their adversaries in any way they can. Your 5 years in the EU Parliament really 'got under their skin' Well done and THANK YOU!

Just hilarious Ashley...why don't you just admit that you were caught red handed!
As for this £1:14 ratio red herring....should we really put a price on bringing benefit fraudsters to justice? I would have thought that you of all people, would spend any amount of money to bring to justice people who have committed crimes?

Looks as if your crime was to be English, white, male and anti EU. Good luck with clearing your name. I have always believed in your innocence (and the guilt of Heath, Major, Blair and all the traitors who support the EU)
