Binary Arithmetic, Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication and Division.

In this tutorial I will be explaining addition, subtraction, multiplication and division in binary (Base 2). The methods that I will show you are suitable for peforming these operations on paper. There will be however, more on this subject in later tutorials explaining the methods used in computers and other electronic circuits such as 2's Compliment.

Can you possibly explain how to multiply only using addition and have it work for any number? For example: If cell A0 has 03 in it and A1 has 02 in it. It would just be A0 + A0 = result. But if you were to replace A1 to be say 03 it would still be A0 + A0 thus giving a wrong answer. If you need more information I can give it to you, you seem to be well educated in binary so you probably understand what I mean. Thanks for your time.
