This is definitely a going out look...it's a lil extra splash of color in a regular smokey eye.

Make sure to be neat when you do it, and use a primer before you put it on, such as too faced shadow insurance, or urban decay primer potion...then after you line, try setting it with some black eyeshadow. Hope this helps!

I have the problem that when I put khol pencil on my water line it never lasts very long.. after a certain time I'm all black underneath my eye..is it the pencil that is bad or is there a certain technique?

I used a random michael's paint brush by loew-cornell, it's goat hair and a maxine's mop shape...it's perfect for nose contouring!
