I guess you have eight seconds TOTAL to get the ball past half court. They used 2 seconds and called a timeout. Then they inbounded and used another 6.

How is that not a 8 second violation. Look at the 24 second clock and hes clearly behind the half court line when it reaches 16 seconds.
