Competing fire repo men?

However the order they were dispatched, some take position in front of the building, some in the rear etc. Thats the likely reason they did not take the same route. Depends also regarding water supply from hydrants, which ones to use, how to get to them etc. If all the trucks came in from the same street or same direction, whatever, its gonna get bottled up pretty quick. Anyway.......PERFECT SONG FOR THIS CRAZY ASS VIDEO. THANKS FOR MATCHING THE SONG & VIDEO UP, CLASSIC. STAY SAFE ;)

These trucks were going to the same call from different stations. I'm sure their adrenaline was high cause it was a working fire and they could see the smoke coming from the building. All the FF's had minor injuries cause they were wearing seatbelts, one positive thing. Idk if both trucks were totalled, but if not, it would be months or a year before they were back on the road. On fires, especially in the city, its needed for different trucks to approach the seen from different directions.

This accident, as all others, could have been prevented. Worse yet, these are drivers that go through extensive drivers training. These guys are driving trucks weighing over 60K pounds at higher speeds through city traffic. They know better, they are expected to know better. Yep, he blew the red light. And true, Police, Fire, Ambulance may proceed through a red light going to emergency calls.....but. They have to stop or slow down enough to absolutely gaurentee its safe to proceed.

Just Bad ! for everybody ,the city, fire dept.,firefighters and their families,TAX PAYERS. Just BAD for everybody. Firefighters just want to HELP people in need ,they understand that time is critical in an emergency. Sometimes BAD SH#T HAPPENS TO GOOD PEOPLE! This we all know I'm sure. But, the driver that had the red light he screwed up, he should have slowed down /called on the radio ladder 2 appoaching smith @ main. This could have at least warned the other engine co. of there location.
