  • lol you can see the host smirk a little bit after she tells Joy that she is beautiful @2:30. Cmon overweight people you cant just say your beautiful and happy over and over again in an attempt to convince and change society. u must change urself and regain balance

  • I don't believe that the woman on the left exercises and eats as well as she should. She claims she exercises 10 hours a week...if that's true she must be doing very, very light exercise. And I'd like to know what her calorie intake is. She says she eats meticulously, but that could mean anything. I don't believe that she's doing all the things right like she claims. She would be thin if she were. By the way, Meme is hot!!!

  • Meme rules!!! She's a true inspiration to the world!!!

  • Meme= lean and sexy;

    Joy = obese...nuff said...

  • I LOVE MeMe! beyond smart

  • Why do people hate Meme so much?

    I was fat because I ate lots of rice, spaghetti, and bread, and i didnt excercise at all.

    As soon as I started incorporating salad and fruits into my diet, as well as making sure to walk an hour a day, the weight literally melted off.

    Its not rocket science people. I feel much better. I look better. I can do things i never could before. And i didnt need weight watchers of stomach stapling or anything. I changed my lifestyle, by myself, for myself.

  • Kelly Bliss does mostly yoga and that is not exercise. I saw a video from her just stretching on a vast spot that is no excercise. Americans think that jumping is exercise to lose weight, no surprise 70% of U.S. adults have a BMI of 25 and over, fat arse lazy wankers.

  • Their is no one to blame but your self, genetics, marketing, portions, blah blah blah its called self control. Genetics play a little role but do not make you fat, you make yourself fat, genetics just makes you more susceptible. In all honestly if you eat right, and workout right, and have a Right lifestyle change, then you will not be fat. I can eat all organic food but if I eat to much of it I'm still going to be fat.

  • just because Meme's comments may be unpopular or come off as callous...she is 100% correct in what she says. The irony is talk show host would likely not have her job if she wasn't thin and fit as she is, though there are exceptions most people on TV are at a healthy weight or even under weight. Meme is simply calling out the issues openly. She is "thin" but not too thin...if she were in Europe that is the norm. Normal is not fat.

  • Lets see that chubby redhead swim 4000+ yards a day and see how that compares to her current "active lifestyle". Oh, and because she claims she has a healthy diet doesn't necessarily mean her perspective of what a healthy diet is will actually stand up to the test.

    Sometimes I wonder what it would be like to change bodies with an obese person, and show them what amazing results they could have with such simple, enjoyable, and rewarding lifestyle changes
