3rd Degree BJJ Black Belt William Vandry shows chokes from back control, and the transition to a very nice clock choke counter if position is lost. This was the first technique shown at the December 2010 seminar in Austin, TX.
That's a really good transition, its taught at Team Lloyd Irvin too. Your right about the clock choke being underused. Do you ever use any transitions back into the back mount when your opponent is defending the Clock Choke? I've learned a few but was wondering what your thoughts were.
