This is the story of how a little girl from Anhui, China became our Jemma.

There are too many kids waiting to be adopted in our own countries to go international. I aged out of foster care thus giving me no family, no support system. I was left to my own devices. I made it, but many don't. They end up in prison or dead. This can be prevented.

I love adoption stories because we adopted four kids ourselves. It doesn't matter where you live or where you adopt your kids from, it only matters that a child has a home and someone to love him. Adoption is a beautiful thing. I'm glad you both have such a precious little girl to add to your family.
