@Heldowyn Intake is now connected w/a metal bellows flex pipe. The wastegate held shut w/ a heavy spring. Yes, you can use any K03, i have a new one on there right now in fact. For oil pump, I'm using a Shureflow electric diaphragm pump, filter, oil cooler, & an oil tank that i built. It's mounted below the turbo. For the carb, it's was pretty well sealed up, there are no vents to the outside. For jetting, i have not fully tuned it yet, have an o2 sensor that will be used for tuning.

This looks cool, I'd like to try something similar in a 6 wheeler I'm rebuilding. Have you finished the intake system yet? How does the wastegate work? Will any K03 turbo off of eBay work? I'd also like to know how you set up the oiling system for it. Did you have to do any carb work or did work OK stock?
where could i get a turbo like that

@243generallee Search K03 and KO3 on eBay. The ones I use fit Audi/VW. Also search KKK brand (pronounced three kay) to get the German made OEM version (but much more money)

@1224steve Originally, a K03 model (KKK or "three K" german brand) from an Audi. There is a new one on there now. It is oil and water cooled.
