مستند غیر منتظره صدا و سیما در مورد سد سیوند - شبکه چهار صدا و سیمای جمهوری اسلامی ایران روز پنج شنبه ۶ اردیبهشت ماه ۱۳۸۵ درست شش روز پس از دستور آبگیری سد سیوند توسط رئیس جمهور مستندی انتقادی در مورد این سد جنجالی پخش کرد.

I knew that the dam was filling this year. But why do you say 'so much that the dam would destroy any sites'? Sites were destroyed with teh filling of dam. As to humidity damaging limestone, how is it that you think this would not happen over time?

The dam has been operational for a year, and we've had record rain and snowfall in Iran so far. So much for the theory that the dam would destroy any sites.

Well the dam was launched almost a year ago and yet both pasargad and persepolis are still both standing and in good condition. UNESCO, and even geologists and archeologists here in the states have said that the historic places are not in danger. All this noise was over nothing, since now its all very old news.
