  • I agree with the mark1114. Your voice does sound relaxing!

  • Tessie, this was a year ago. It's gone quick. This was the first time for me in front of the camera on YouTube ever. After the festival last year, we thought - that was too much hard work, we're not doing that again - and what do we do... :)

  • your voice is sooo relaxing

  • Brown bread is the best!

This is my less confusing name than nygrdnr.

  • My husband's father came from Ireland to the USA many years ago, as did my cousins' grandfather. Because of this, I have grown fond of Irish tradition and love to listen to my husband sing the Irish songs his dad sang to him as a young boy. And brown bread is the best bread. Yum!

  • Thanks for encouraging me to add a video to the contest. I'm not actually Irish, but married one! Every St. Patrick's Day we enjoy Green eggs and ham for breakfast and share an Irish meal with our Norwegian friends. As well as follow my husbands bagpipe band around to several pubs where they play. We experiment with different Irish recipes and have found several "keepers". Having been to Ireland twice, I am definitely more Irish than German these days. Erin Go Bragh!

  • I love this idea. For me St. Patrick's Day has always been about family and friends. Making soda bread with and without raisins, and of course corned beef and cabbage. I cherish the memories of learning all about my family's Irish history, listening to traditional music, and meeting countless relatives both Irish and American. Drinking was usually just the men and not to excess.

  • AS you requested i have entered my film that is a tribute to one of my favorite TV adverts and is subtitled good things come to those who wait

hope everyone had a great St Patricks Day
