Africans are the same way!! my mother will try and make me take more than the recommended dosage cause she says it will work faster this way, then she throw all this wired stuff in the blender and a lot of spices (she said that spices can fix everything psh. . . ) then shell make me drink it ugh, then she sprinkles holy water on me . . . . . yea

lol simon. my moms the same... but her method is not kimchi, it's because I use the computer...
Me: mom i dont feel so good, i feel dizzy
mom: it's cause u sit in front of the computer!
