1. so he looks way better by comparison, since whenever he's not around bugs actually looks like an incompetant jerk.

2. daffy's a major part of the comedic relief

Here's how I see this, Bugs was going around spreading all his money around in people's faces, he tells Daffy to get a job like he's all that. Daffy takes one of Bugs' ideas and gets carried away with being rich, Bugs builds a time machine and goes back to support Daffy's sorry ass. WTF!?

Wow, so bugs lived in a hole? Does this mean that the old Looney Tunes might somehow connect to this? It might be a stretch, but not counting the baby toons and the events of Space Jam, I guess that would work...
