  • @ICECAPP09 I would not touch anything like that at your age if I were you. It's best to leave hormone levels alone during puberty (which in men lasts up until 23-25). If you'd like to optimize hormone levels things like maca, coconut oil, high zinc containing foods and high protein foods are the best way to keep these high. Bee pollen is the only substance I am aware of that has shown the ability to increase peoples height. I'll PM you a link to an article I've written on bee pollen.

  • @netyisrael It's a nice thought but 1) I'm not interested in putting that much time into talking about someone else's philosophy/practices and 2) it's not fair to the author, it would be OK for me to promote his book and talk about it a bit but not give away everything for free he has worked so hard to put into one book.
