  • Insanity has nothing on p90x

  • @wildweaselman You'd need some serious calories to do insanity AND lacrosse practice. I only do insanity and I'm eating around 3000 calories. It really is an intense workout.

  • i need a program that i can do in the mornings before school and before lacrosse practice which comes after school...is this possible or will i kill myself?
