教你如何製作印度薄餅


印度薄餅是印度人每餐必備的食物,花款亦很多。原味的印度薄餅,會加上菜油、水牛牛油及少許鹽,以作調味。製作印度薄餅的要訣,第一是要將薄餅搓得很薄;第二是要將搓完第­一次的薄餅對摺,再努力搓薄。這樣,食客就會食到特別的口感。


<龍緯汶文化藝術國際交流協會>邀得位於香港九龍佐敦南京街2F號地下<Curry Corner>的老闆娘 Jasbir Rana Bal 親自示範,如何製作印度薄餅。
