http://australian-bodybuilding.com Fitness routine of IFBB 2009 Arnold Classic Ms Fitness International 4th place winner Regiane Da Silva. Regiane is a Brazilian now living in Germany / Deutschland.
This is Regiane's highest placing to date - tying her 4th place at the 2007 New York Fitness Pro. Prior to entering the sport of Fitness, Da Silva was a world class aerobics competitor who competed in the World Aerobics Championships in 1995.
