  • I've found that alternating one week high reps (10, 3 sets) and one week low reps (3 reps, 10 sets) works for me. Awesome video though!

  • @favi0es I mean thats what works for you thats awesome. Keep it up ! I was talking about the people that say you have to do 10 reps with x amount of lbs are the idiots. Whatever works for you is whats up !

  • i disagree the definition of over training means ur body does nt get enough rest their for working out all the time every day. i do as many sets as i can i dont give a fuck how many sets i do the more the better i tried holding back like it says in all the stupid books and it dint work for me but it would probs work for a beginner i dunno i dont remember ever holding back iv always worked out till i know when iv had enough.
