...and the best part is, once you do it on one thing, it trickles down into loads of other things, coz the same priniciple applies.Like a domino effect. Its like it unbreaks the whole heart. Can't find pain or sadness anywhere. I do it on every uncomfortable thought now. Just thinking about doing it works hahah
