Mini Bow Drill Set

Practicing using a mini bow drill set made from Yellow Pine (fire by friction). Bow is made from some kind of a vine. Bowstring is nylon twine. The fireboard, spindle, and bearing-block (hand-hold) are made from Yellow Pine.

I only intended to get a coal/ ember from this demonstration (for obvious reasons).

@81eagle Well, it's not something I do regularly. I did it primarily because I wanted a nice quiet place to make the video without distractions. Inside the house was the best place in my case. It smelled for maybe an hour or so afterwards.
