What happened was not only did Pastor Benny prophesy that the little Stockstill child would be a prophet to the nations, but the significance of placing his coat on the boy was the same as Elijah casting his mantel on Elisha--he transferred his mantle (or anointing) onto the boy's life and when he's 45 he will move in that anointing and prophesy to the nations. It's an extremely significant event for him!
